ABBYY launches two new process AI solutions, Process AI for Consulting (PAIC) and IDP Analytics
Intelligent Document Processing vendor ABBYY has announced the launch of two new process AI solutions, Process AI for Consulting (PAIC) and IDP Analytics, aiming to offer its partners and customers enhanced process insights and optimized document-centric operations. While PAIC is specifically tailored to empower ABBYY’s partners with process intelligence, IDP Analytics augments ABBYY’s IDP workflows by seamlessly combining ABBYY’s IDP and process intelligence technologies to improve document-centric operations. According to ABBYY, IDP Analytics “delivers a dynamic digital twin of the document process, complete with pre-built dashboards that track key metrics like average processing time, cost, and straight-through rates. These can be tailored to business priorities, revealing inefficiencies, benchmarking performance, and uncovering clear opportunities for optimization.” Bruce Orcutt, Chief Marketing Officer at ABBYY, explained: “IDP Analytics provides customers with the ability to understand and measure the business value and impact of their IDP platform – whether it’s employee productivity gains, accelerating customer service response times or reducing the cost per document processed. We accomplish this by leveraging our proven Process AI to deliver a comprehensive, analytics-driven approach to document-centric programs that has proven to return millions of dollars in savings.”
ancora Software introduces Model-Less Classification
Intelligent Document Processing vendor ancora Software has announced the launch of its latest feature, Model-Less Classification. With that, ancora Software enables organizations to identify and separate documents without the need for traditional model training.
