BP3 acquires darwinLabs to map business processes end-to-end

The process-driven AI and business solutions provider anticipates synergies from the acquisition that will give clients of both companies access to an expanded range of capabilities and software partnerships. In addition to expanding its ecosystem capability, BP3 also intends to extend its geographical reach with this acquisition.

BP3, a process-driven AI and business solutions provider including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), announced February 20 that it has acquired darwinLabs, a provider of mission-critical applications and partner of low-code no-code platform OutSystems. With this acquisition, BP3 aims to cover the full spectrum of end-to-end business process transformation while expanding its geographic reach.

Scott Francis, Co-Founder and CEO of BP3, commented: “We are excited to welcome darwinLabs into the BP3 family. At BP3 we believe that if you want to transform your business, you have to transform your processes into software. darwinLabs is in the business of building software that matters for their clients – and that is a perfect fit with what we aspire to do for our clients.”

Pedro Santos, CEO of darwinLabs, said: “Joining BP3 allows us to provide additional value to our existing customer base and enable us to reach new customers with a faster way to build Enterprise software. BP3 and darwinLabs are highly complementary, and I’m excited about what we’ll be able to build together.”

For BP3, the acquisition of darwinLabs is yet another milestone: last summer, the company had already acquired the intelligent automation consultancy DigiBlu to offer both companies’ customers a broader portfolio of intelligent automation solutions and expertise to accelerate the impact of their own automation programs.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, BP3 is a process-driven AI and business solutions provider that streamlines and automates the processes that drive everything from customer experience to employee productivity. BP3’s solutions and services focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI and ML), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Application Modernization and Application Support.
