Deep tech startup Smart Touch Technologies launches platform

The Romanian deep tech startup has invested €350,000 to launch its new Intelligent Document Processing platform, Apollo. The platform automates document-centric business processes by extracting, processing, validating and exchanging data.

Smart Touch Technologies, a deep tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses and organizations exchange data, announced August 31 that it has launched Apollo, its AI powered, self-service, code-free and user-customizable platform.

Smart Touch Technologies has invested more than €350,000 of its own funds to develop the platform, and co-founders Decebal Popescu and Octavian Radu expect the investment to exceed €500,000 by the end of the year.

Octavian Radu, co-founder and CEO at Smart Touch Technologies, said: “With this product, we are building the first digital ecosystem where companies can exchange data in a secure, direct, automated, artificial intelligence-based environment with lower costs and higher accuracy and productivity. It is a self-serving, no-code, user-customizable platform developed with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.”

Smart Touch Technologies was founded in November 2020 by Octavian Radu and a year later Decebal Popescu officially joined the team, which he has accompanied from the beginning.
