Agentic Process Automation provider Automation Anywhere has announced that it has been recognized as a 2025 Gartner Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. Document Automation, Automation Anywhere’s IDP solution, was recommended by 92% of customers and received an overall rating of 4.8 stars (with the highest scores in the areas of product capabilities and deployment experience). DocBits rolls out new features
Intelligent Document Processing vendor DocBits has announced several new updates aimed at improving the reliability and usability of its platform. A key enhancement is the introduction of an automated test setup that monitors critical platform features to ensure maximum operational stability and early error detection. To support new users, the company has also launched a built-in walkthrough feature that offers step-by-step guidance throughout the application. As part of its internationalization efforts, DocBits now supports multilingual value lists, allowing admins to manage language-specific labels—automatically adapting to users’ language settings for a more efficient (global) experience.
