Planet AI achieves ISO 9001 certification

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Planet AI has announced that its quality management processes have been officially audited and certified according to ISO 9001. Planet AI wrote: “We are proud of this achievement! It demonstrates what we stand for: clear processes, high standards, and a genuine sense of responsibility. The journey continues: We are already working on ISO 27001 – because information security is not an add-on for us, but the foundation for trustworthy AI. For us, AI – made in Germany means: Innovation with ambition. Quality with attitude.”

Klippa joins forces with Sefas Innovation

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Klippa has announced a partnership with with customer communications management software developer Sefas Innovation. Through this partnership, the two companies aim to combine Klippa’s IDP platform with Sefas’ communication technology to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Robert-Jan Verheggen, Global Growth Director and Co-founder of Klippa, explained: “Too many organizations still rely on manual document handling and disconnected tools to handle internal processes. This partnership can change that. By combining Klippa’s intelligent document processing with Sefas’s customer communication technology, we’re offering a unified solution. It’s not just about improving efficiency or meeting compliance standards, it’s about delivering faster, more seamless customer experiences, while reducing pressure on customer service teams.”

DeepOpinion announces a strategic partnership with Org

Intelligent Document Processing vendor DeepOpinion has announced a strategic partnership with consultancy firm Org to bring autonomous, outcome-oriented operations to enterprises in the UK and Ireland. Thanks to this partnership, the companies combine DeepOpinion’s agentic-native platform with Org’s transformation expertise to deliver secure, auditable automation built for regulated sectors at speed and scale. Stefan Engl, CEO at DeepOpinion, commented: “Org understands the strategic ‘why’ behind enterprise change. Together, we’re accelerating the adoption of Agentic AI and helping clients go live in weeks, not quarters, while maintaining total control and traceability.”

Datamatics reports Q1FY26 results

Intelligent Document Processing provider Datamatics has announced its standalone and consolidated results for Q1 (which ended June 30, 2025). Datamatics reports a 18.7% year-on-year increase in revenue and a 47.7% year-on-year increase in EBITDA. Rahul Kanodia, Vice Chairman and CEO of Datamatics, commented: “We delivered a healthy performance in Q1 FY26, reporting revenue of ₹467.6 crore, an 18.7% increase year-on-year. EBITDA stood at ₹75.9 crore, reflecting a 47.7% growth year-on-year. Despite a subdued discretionary spending environment, we maintained a healthy margin, supported by ongoing cost optimization initiatives. We remain focused on sustaining this momentum through the rest of FY26.”

AIIM announces location for next year’s AI+IM Global Summit

AIIM (The Association for Intelligent Information Management) has announced that the AI+IM Global Summit 2026 will take place in Baltimore from April 28 to 30, 2026. This spring, AIIM hosted its first AI+IM Global Summit in Atlanta. Over three days, industry experts presented real-world use cases in workshops, keynotes, and interactive sessions.
