Cogniquest appoints Sandeep Alexander Goni as Global Partner – Technology Growth

Ondox introduces Ondox 5.4
AI-driven mailroom operations and management solutions provider Ondox has announced its latest release, Ondox 5.4. With this release, Ondox introduces the following features, among others: AI agents that automate document processing to optimize mailroom operations. AI Document Labeling & Routing (based on the latest LLMs) to automatically label and route documents (regardless of how they are incoming) to the right person without human intervention. Direct document uploading to case folders to free clerks from time-consuming work by uploading any external document to a new or existing case folder with a simple mouse click.
ABBYY launches AI risk management policy aligned with the EU AI Act
Intelligent Document Processing vendor ABBYY has announced a collaboration with ForHumanity, a non-profit organization that addresses ethics, bias, privacy, trust and cybersecurity in AI and autonomous systems, to implement future-proof governance that complies with the EU AI Act. As part of this initiative, ABBYY has introduced an AI Risk Management Policy to ensure transparency, accountability and ethical AI across its intelligent process automation portfolio. Clayton C. Peddy, Chief Information Security Officer at ABBYY, explained: “By releasing our AI risk management policy, we are demonstrating to our customers ABBYY’s commitment to responsible AI development, deployment, and governance to align with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards while mitigating risks to individuals and society.”
SER appoints Toby Donald as Chief Customer Officer
Intelligent Content Automation solutions provider SER Group has announced the appointment of Toby Donald as its new Chief Customer Officer to help extend the company’s position in key markets including EMEA and North America. Toby Donald brings nearly two decades of experience leading global customer teams. At SER, he will be responsible for driving long-term customer success and expanding the international offering through strategic alliances and a robust partner ecosystem. Toby Donald commented on his new role: “I’m excited to join SER at such a dynamic point in its journey. Hyperscience joins forces with IBM
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Hyperscience has announced a partnership with IBM and as a launch partner for watsonx orchestrate, IBM’s new platform for building and managing AI assistants and agents. Through this partnership, Hyperscience will bring its expertise in Intelligent Document Processing to enhance the capabilities of watsonx orchestrate and jointly enable organizations to automate complex, document-heavy workflows.
Hyland appoints new CPO, Chief Innovation Strategist and CTO in a matter of weeks
Intelligent content solutions provider Hyland has announced the appointment of three experienced executives within weeks of each other: Michael Campbell as its new Chief Product Officer (he will oversee the company’s entire product portfolio and implement the company’s strategic content management vision with AI, cloud and open-source innovations), John Newton as its new Chief Innovation Strategist (he will work with the Hyland leadership team to advance the company’s AI, cloud and open-source innovations), and Tim McIntire as its new Chief Technology Officer (he will guide the evolution of Hyland’s product vision and spearhead global engineering initiatives to deliver innovative solutions).
Base64 successfully renews its SOC 2 Type 2 certification (via newsletter)
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Base64 has announced that its SOC 2 Type 2 security certification has been successfully renewed by independent auditors for the fourth consecutive year. SOC 2 Type 2 certification confirms that an organization’s data security and privacy controls are not only well designed, but also consistently executed.
