ABBYY announces that over 18,000 graduates have completed courses through ABBYY University
Intelligent Document Processing vendor ABBYY has announced that more than 18,000 students have graduated or completed courses at ABBYY University. With ABBYY University, the IDP vendor offers 36 courses available to technical professionals and developers at ABBYY’s customer and partner organizations. According to ABBYY, the number of graduates spiked by 20% within the past year. Ulf Persson, CEO of ABBYY, commented: “We’re thrilled to see ABBYY University’s hands-on training program equip technical professionals with the skills they need to successfully deploy and maximize ABBYY within their business-critical processes. The impressive number of completed courses and certifications is a true testament to our team’s dedication to delivering engaging, diverse, and high-quality learning experiences.” Bobby Lamaute, an ABBYY University graduate and Senior Application Developer at insurance company Aflac, explained: “I found this course extremely valuable. It went beyond the basics, introducing me to a range of advanced concepts that I hadn’t encountered before, which is already proving very helpful for my work. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the hands-on approach of the training, as being able to apply the concepts in a practical setting helped reinforce my understanding and see where I can apply them to real world cases for my company.”
Klippa announces a strategic partnership with software solutions provider Open Connections
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Klippa has announced a strategic partnership with software solutions provider Open Connections. As part of this partnership, Klippa will integrate various modules of its IDP platform DocHorizon into Open Connections’ solutions, including tools for reading and validating financial documents (invoices, receipts), identity documents (passports, driver’s licenses), and a wide range of business forms. Jeroen Kant, Chief Commercial Officer of Klippa, commented: “Partnering with Open Connections enables us to extend our technology to a broader range of organizations ready to embrace the next phase of digitization. They bring a deep understanding of the complexities and legacy systems many companies face. By combining their expertise with our AI-powered DocHorizon platform, we can deliver scalable, practical solutions that drive meaningful impact – reducing costs, saving time, and enhancing accuracy.”
ExB wins Innovation Award at NeoCargo’s Innovation Day
Intelligent Document Processing vendor ExB has announced that its AI-powered solution for automated logistics document processing was awarded the Innovation Award at NeoCargo’s Innovation Day. ExB was one of five companies showcasing their solutions (in this case, Anna, ExB’s virtual caseworker, who automatically checks, compares, and validates data from delivery notes, freight documents, etc.) and won the award through a live vote by around 120 participants at the event.
Concord Technologies announces a strategic with Loffler Companies
Intelligent Document Processing provider Concord Technologies has announced a strategic partnership with business technology and managed-services provider Loffler Companies. Thanks to this partnership, Concord will bring its suite of advanced capabilities for document exchange and automation to Loffler’s office technology and communications portfolio. William Cavanaugh, CEO of Concord Technologies, commented: “Our partnership with Loffler Companies shows the value of what Concord can provide to companies for improving how vital information is exchanged and processed. And that’s just the starting point. Concord’s Practical AI™ approach to intelligent document processing will then unlock whole new ways to leverage automation to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden and, ultimately, improve business outcomes.”
Adeptia launches its Intelligent Document Processing solution AIDP
Intelligent data automation company Adeptia has announced the launch of AIDP, its Intelligent Document Processing solution. Charles Nardi, CEO of Adeptia, commented: “Traditional OCR, while a good starting point, often falls short in delivering the end-to-end automation and data accuracy that modern enterprises require. Adeptia AIDP offers a powerful business case built on demonstrable ROI, including significant cost reduction, enhanced operational efficiency, superior data accuracy and quality, and actionable insights that lead to a competitive advantage through intelligent automation.”
