Hyland launches agentic document processing solution and announces appointment of Nanette Lazina as SVP Global Channels and OEMs

Intelligent content solutions provider Hyland has announced the launch of its agentic document processing solution within the Content Innovation Cloud. This platform leverages generative AI to deliver semantic, context-aware automation, enabling end-to-end business process optimization. The solution enhances data extraction, classification, and workflow automation, reducing manual intervention while improving accuracy and efficiency across enterprises. Jitesh S. Ghai, Hyland’s CEO, commented: “We’re not simply applying agentic AI to automate individual tasks — we’re transforming entire processes and broader workflows, which represents a fundamental differentiation in how organizations can leverage AI to drive meaningful business outcomes. By leveraging generative AI, Hyland’s agentic technologies not only discover and reason, but drive action across all levels of enterprise business processes. This includes making decisions and driving intelligent automation to realize business outcomes not possible before — something that no other technology provider in content management can do today.” In addition to the launch, Hyland announced the appointment of Nanette Lazina as Senior Vice President Global Channels and OEMs. With over 20 years of enterprise software experience, including nearly two decades at SAP leading the partner community in North America, Lazina will redefine Hyland’s partner program to align with global growth objectives.
