Planet AI launches its AI assistant JAIDE
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Planet AI has introduced JAIDE, its intelligent AI assistant designed to deliver context-aware, business-specific knowledge management and document automation. Unlike generic chatbots, JAIDE operates as a specialized agentic platform, tailored to real business processes and running on-premises, in private or hybrid cloud environment. A key feature of JAIDE is its guided workflow capability: Instead of users having to devise perfect prompts, JAIDE leads them through structured, industry-specific processes, ensuring consistent, high-quality results regardless of technical proficiency. Central to its accuracy is JAIDE’s deep integration with Planet AI’s IDA IDP platform, which ensures that all knowledge and AI outputs are derived from clean, structured data. Jesper Kleinjohann, CEO of PLANET AI, explained: “JAIDE is not just another chatbot. Our solution uses specialized AI agents that work together. For example, one agent handles and understands incoming documents, another manages business process logic, and a third connects external tools and domain-specific sources. Deep Cognition joins forces with 3rdwave
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Deep Cognition has announced a partnership with shipment platform 3rdwave. Thanks to this partnership, Deep Cognition will integrate its IDP platform into 3rdwave’s Shipment Execution Platform to help importers automatically extract, validate, and operationalize data from trade documents directly in 3rdwave, thereby increasing their operational efficiency. John Pennypacker, Senior Vice President at Deep Cognition, commented: “We’re proud to partner with 3rdwave to help importers eliminate document chaos. Our advanced IDP engine enables precise extraction of trade-critical data, while 3rdwave’s platform puts that data to work across transportation and compliance workflows.” David Blinick, CEO of 3rdwave, added: “Trade documents are packed with critical data — but for most importers, they’ve become digital dead ends. ancora Software reports strong Q3 results
Intelligent Document Processing vendor ancora Software has announced strong results for the third quarter: The company gained 78 new customers, achieved 37% year-on-year growth in the third quarter, and even 42% growth from the beginning of the year to the third quarter. In addition, ancora Software opened a new office in Tampa. Nick Bova, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ancora Software, commented: “Our Q3 results reflect the growing recognition of ancora’s unique ability to simplify AP Invoice automation at scale. The addition of 78 new customers this quarter validates our focus on delivering rapid time-to-value through our intelligent, model-less platform that seamlessly integrates with major ERP, P2P, and ECM systems.”
AIDA deepens partnership with Selectec and introduces new integration with PaperCut
Intelligent Document Processing vendor AIDA has announced that it has deepened its partnership with Selectec to bring advanced document intelligence to PaperCut Software MF and PaperCut Software Hive. With AIDA embedded into PaperCut MF and Hive, users can immediately extract key data from documents and enrich them with business-critical information like cost centres, approval statuses, or department codes. Combining AIDA’s AI-powered, one-click data extraction with PaperCut’s intuitive print and scan workflows enables organizations to streamline archiving, automate tasks and payments, and kick off business intelligence reports.
