PLANET AI and Golem.ai partner to improve inbox automation IDP provider PLANET AI announced that it has partnered with Golem.ai, a company that simplifies work through its symbolic AI approach. Golem.ai’s main solution, InboxCare, is a fully automated solution for processing incoming messages in three steps. It categorizes email messages (and their attachments or contact forms), extracts relevant information, and provides smart response drafts. PLANET AI’s Intelligent Document Analysis (IDA) suite for IDP includes powerful OCR, which is particularly useful for processing attachments of incoming emails. Therefore, the two companies complement each other through the partnership and aim to improve inbox automation. Killian Vermersch, co-founder and CEO of Golem.ai, commented on the partnership: “Most of the content we process comes from documents, such as PDFs, handwritten scans and images. That’s where OCR comes in handy. After months of benchmarks, Golem.ai chose IDA from PLANET AI as its main OCR partner to process all incoming content.”
