IDP provider Alkymi partners with FinTech platform Ledgex

Trough this partnership, Alkymi and Ledgex combine their solutions to help family offices improve their operational efficiency and data management capabilities to take advantage of a rapidly growing market.

Alkymi, an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) provider, announced on January 25 a partnership with Ledgex, a FinTech company with a portfolio management and accounting suite for family offices. This partnership brings together Alkymi’s data workflow automation platform with Ledgex’s multi-asset class portfolio management and accounting solution to automate collection and management processes for family offices.

Thanks to Alkymi’s IDP platform, key data from capital and financial reports, notices and confirmations, K-1s, and partnership agreements is captured and made accessible in Ledgex Pro. There, family office portfolio managers can perform advanced modeling, performance and analytics functions, accompanied by workflow automation in areas from inbox integration to source data acquisition. This results in streamlined workflows, lower costs and better performance for family offices.

Harald Collet, CEO and co-founder at Alkymi, said: “Working with Ledgex to automate data workflows for family offices will be a transformative efficiency win for our mutual customers. By integrating Alkymi’s advanced AI/ML solutions, Ledgex customers can refocus employees on more strategic work such as deeper investment analysis, leading to better returns.”

Nicole Eberhardt, CEO of Ledgex, added: “The needs of family offices are unique and specific technology is required to scale and seize opportunity in this developing market. Combining best-of-breed data workflow technology with our purpose-built portfolio management and accounting solution allows family offices to do more with less, which can also help overcome industry talent shortages.”

Last October, Alkymi had announced that it had raised $21 million in a Series A funding led by Intel Capital with participation from existing investors Canaan, Work-Bench and SimCorp.

New York-based Alkymi offers an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform and data workflow automation solution that transforms enterprise workflows by putting machine learning and automation technology in the hands of business users.
