Kofax acquires Tungsten, the world’s largest business transaction network

With this acquisition, Kofax aims to deliver more comprehensive invoice processing and accounts payable automation solutions to its customers, thanks to Tungsten’s e-invoicing capabilities.

Kofax, a leading provider of intelligent automation software, announced June 20 that it has acquired Tungsten Corporation, the world’s largest, compliant business transaction network.

Today, Kofax’s SaaS solutions already automate the processing of over 60 million invoices for more than 11,000 companies worldwide, according to Reynolds C. Bish, Chief Executive Officer at Kofax.

Tungsten on the other hand, provides a platform for supplier onboarding, purchase order exchange, invoice processing, e-invoicing, compliance and payment processing.

Together, Kofax and Tungsten are now looking to help companies at all levels with e-invoicing through a cloud platform consisting of multiple solutions that cover the entire order to cash lifecycle.
