Hyperscience announces a partnership with Carahsoft to accelerate digital transformation in government agencies

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Hyperscience has announced a partnership with Carahsoft, a government IT solutions provider, to accelerate digital transformation across Federal, State and Local Government agencies. Thanks to this partnership, Carahsoft will serve as a Master Government Aggregator for Hyperscience, making Hypercell, Hyperscience’s AI platform available to the Public Sector through its reseller partners and contract vehicles. Andrew Joiner, CEO of Hyperscience, explained: “The need to modernize systems and provide exceptional citizen services has never been more critical. Government agencies face significant inefficiencies due to manual processes, paper-based workflows and inaccurate data. Our partnership with Carahsoft addresses these challenges by automating data extraction, improving accuracy and eliminating outdated systems and manual, error-prone work—while ensuring compliance and driving cost savings. Together, we will help Public Sector organizations achieve faster, smarter, and more efficient operations.”

ABBYY wins Newsweek AI Impact Award in ‘AI in Finance: Best Outcomes, Accounting’

Intelligent Document Processing vendor ABBYY has announced that it has been recognized with the Newsweek AI Impact Award in the category ‘AI in Finance: Best Outcomes, Accounting’ for its IDP solutions. The Newsweek AI Impact Awards recognize the transformative power of AI in solving everyday business challenges, as well as the impact and results of its use. Ulf Persson, CEO of ABBYY, commented: “We are honored to be recognized by the Newsweek AI Impact Awards for the success our customers achieve using ABBYY Document AI. This win underscores our leadership in intelligent automation and commitment to helping businesses harness the power of AI. KnowledgeLake introduces new features

Intelligent Document Processing vendor KnowledgeLake has announced new enhancements to its platform. These include smarter indexing with improved table controls (a new table interface that allows users to quickly mark, review, and validate rows of structured data), a focused inbox (which allows users to control the display of tasks and filter, sort, and prioritize the most important tasks), confidence scores (which give reviewers an instant overview of AI confidence), and faster AI training (which allows administrators and developers to specify the expected metadata for training examples).

 Indico Data named a reference vendor in Gartner’s Hype Cycle for AI

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Indico Data has announced that it has been named a reference vendor in Gartner’s Hype Cycle for Artificial Intelligence, 2025, in the category ‘Composite AI’. Gartner defines Composite AI as follows: “Composite AI recognizes that no single AI technique is a panacea. It combines ‘connectionist’ AI approaches, like machine learning (ML) and deep learning, with ‘symbolic’ and other AI approaches, like rule- and logic-based reasoning, graph or optimization techniques. The goal is to enable AI solutions to generalize and learn, embodying more abstraction mechanisms. Composite AI is at the center of the generative AI (GenAI), decision intelligence (DI) platform and agentic AI markets.”

Laiye unveils its enterprise AI agent matrix

Intelligent Document Processing provider Laiye has announced the release of its enterprise AI agent matrix. Built on the Laiye Work Execution Platform, the five AI agents integrate LLMs, RPA, IDP, and native AI capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes across end-to-end business processes. Guanchun Wang, Chairman and CEO of Laiye, commented: “We’re entering a new era where AI agents will take on real work at scale. This launch brings us closer to our vision: AI Agents for Everyone.”

ancora Software achieves SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 certification

Intelligent Document Processing vendor ancora Software has announced that it has achieved SOC 2 Type II certification renewal, along with compliance for both HIPAA and ISO 27001 standards. Noel Flynn, CEO of ancora Software, commented: “Our customers trust us with some of their most sensitive and valuable data. Achieving the renewal of our SOC 2 Type II, along with HIPAA, and ISO 27001 compliance is not just a milestone—it’s a reflection of our core mission to uphold the security, privacy, and reliability our clients expect and deserve.”

Four IDP providers on FinTech Global AIFinTech100 2025

In its latest AIFinTech100 list, FinTech Global has recognized the most innovative FinTech companies. The list also includes five Intelligent Document Processing providers. With Appian, expert.ai, HuLoop Automation, and WorkFusion, there are also four Intelligent Document Processing providers included in this year’s list. Richard Sachar, Director at FinTech Global, commented: “AI is fundamentally reshaping the financial services landscape. The companies featured on this year’s AIFinTech100 list are at the forefront of that transformation, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, improve customer engagement, and drive innovation across the board.”
