🗞️News:
AIIM and Deep Analysis release their “Market Momentum Index: Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Survey 2025”
The Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM), in partnership with Deep Analysis, has released its “Market Momentum Index: Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Survey 2025”, showing a fundamental transformation in how enterprises adopt AI in document workflows. Sponsored by SER Group, DocuWare, infocap.ai, and Pyramid Solutions, the study surveyed 600 organizations across the US, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. One of the most striking findings is that 78% of companies are now operational with AI-powered technology—marking a sharp departure from the skepticism of the “AI hype cycle” prevalent just a year ago. The research also shows that 66% of new IDP projects are intended to replace existing systems, underscoring how GenAI and LLMs are driving vendor turnover and disrupting the market. Tori Miller Liu, CIP, President & CEO of AIIM, explained: “AI and unstructured data management aren’t just partners—they’re a powerhouse duo. This research provides a clear picture on how forward-thinking organizations are converting data complexity into AI-driven advantage.” To download the full report, click here.
