KnowledgeLake and OMG join forces to modernize mailroom ops

Thanks to this partnership, Onsite Management Group (OMG) will integrate KnowledgeLake’s Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution into its mailroom automation platform UbIMAIL to help enterprises streamline their physical mail processing, reduce costs and improve efficiency.

KnowledgeLake, an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) vendor, announced on March 6, 2025, that it has joined forces with OMG (Onsite Management Group), a veteran-owned provider in managed mailroom and print services. By combining OMG’s expertise in enterprise mail services along with KnowledgeLake’s next-gen IDP solution, the two companies aim to bring AI-driven automation to enterprise mailrooms and change the way organizations process incoming mail.

With the integration of KnowledgeLake’s IDP solution and workflow automation capabilities, OMG’s UbiMAIL now captures and categorizes incoming mail, extracts key information and routes it to the right recipient electronically.

Ron Cameron, CEO of KnowledgeLake, commented: “This collaboration is about unlocking the future of digital mailroom operations. By combining OMG’s deep expertise in enterprise mail services with our industry-leading intelligent capture, we are delivering a game-changing solution that drives efficiency, compliance, and security for our customers.”

Tony Fink, President at OMG, added: “This partnership enables enterprises to modernize their mailrooms, ensuring documents are digitized, categorized, and routed instantly to the right recipients. With KnowledgeLake, we can now automate the entire process—from digitizing physical mail to intelligent routing—eliminating inefficiencies and enabling organizations to accelerate their workflows.”

Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, KnowledgeLake combines Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Workflow Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Content Management into a single, scalable enterprise automation platform.
