AntWorks launches Insurants to transform document processing for commercial insurance companies IDP vendor AntWorks has announced the launch of Insurants, its new solution aimed specifically at commercial insurance companies. Insurants leverages IDP and Generative AI (AntWorks recently integrated Generative AI into CMR+, its IDP solution) to read, compare, and understand commercial insurance documents. To do this, AntWorks collaborated with broker Marsh McLennan and trained the Insurants model on 10,000’s of documents, from 475 carriers and subsidiaries in US and Canada, for 50 insurance classes and 150 data fields. Mike Hobday, CEO of AntWorks, commented: “AntWorks is taking Intelligent Document Processing and Generative AI to new levels with Insurants. We can classify, extract, and digitize the insurance documents that other vendors can’t. More importantly we help our clients convert this data into actionable insights, faster response times and a better overall customer experience.”

Kodak Alaris wins two awards for its IDP solutions IDP provider Kodak Alaris has announced that it has received two Buyers Lab Awards for its IDP solutions from data and market intelligence firm Keypoint Intelligence: First, a 2024 Fall Pick Award for KODAK Info Input Solution (Kodak Alaris’ IDP solution) as Outstanding Intelligent Document Processing Solution and second, a 2024-2025 Pacesetter Award for Excellence as a Capture & IDP Partner. Jamie Bsales, Principal Analyst of Smart Workplace Solutions at Keypoint Intelligence, explained: “Our research has shown time and again that customers need expert guidance when it comes to what is possible in the realm of Intelligent Document Processing. In our in-depth study of leading IDP providers, Kodak Alaris occupies a unique position. Idexcel’s IDP solution InferIQ now available in the AWS marketplace Technology solutions provider Idexcel has announced that InferIQ, its Generative AI-powered IDP platform, is now available in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) marketplace, providing easy access to the platform for banking automation solutions.
