Insiders Technologies announces the latest release of its OmnIA automation platform (DE only)
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Insiders Technologies has announced the latest version of its OmnIA automation platform. OmnIA 1 Service Pack 3 offers a number of improvements and new features. One highlight is the option for customers to run private large language models (LLMs) on-premises to ensure maximum data protection and confidentiality. These LLMs have been preconfigured specifically for document processing and enable significant improvements in document classification and data extraction without lengthy training. The new version also offers improvements in invoice processing, including support for processing credit notes similar to e-invoices, as well as an improved PDF view generated from XML data for better usability. Other new features in Service Pack 3 include automated reports that can automatically generate analyses and reports with information on process sequences and send them by email.
Mindee introduces its Make integration
API-first platform Mindee has announced its integration with workflow automation platform Make. Thanks to this integration, users can now embed Mindee in Make to automate workflows for extracting document data without having to write code themselves. For instance, Mindee customers can use the integration to extract data from invoices or receipts uploaded to a cloud folder, send parsed fields such as “total amount” or “invoice date” to the ERP system or database, trigger alerts when a field’s confidence rating falls below a certain threshold, and create fully automated document pipelines from upload to validation.
