OpenText appoints Ayman Antoun as new Chief Executive Officer, effective April 20, 2026
Intelligent Document Processing vendor OpenText has announced that it has appointed Ayman Antoun as Chief Executive Officer and Board member, effective April 20, 2026. Antoun brings over 30 years of global technology leadership, most recently as President of IBM Americas where he drove advancements in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cognitive solutions, and digital modernization across the US, Canada, and Latin America. He succeeds Interim CEO James McGourlay, who continues to serve as Interim CEO and will transition to another Executive Leadership Team role. P. Thomas Jenkins, currently Executive Chair and Chief Strategy Officer, will return to Chair of the Board. Ayman Antoun commented on his new role: “OpenText’s core product portfolio, which is the foundation for training agentic AI, combined with its worldwide client base offers the Company a competitive advantage as trusted data is now essential to how economies, nations and businesses operate around the world. Crawford Technologies reports record revenues and strategic growth in 2025
Software solutions and services provider Crawford Technologies has posted record revenues in its fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, with 9% year-over-year top-line growth driven by a recurring revenue strategy that saw subscription income rise over 14%. Document accessibility services surged 41% amid booming demand for compliant solutions in regulated markets, including strong adoption of AccessibilityNow Translate among healthcare organizations. European revenue increased 47%, bolstered by a new EU-based cloud SaaS platform that ensures regional compliance, scalability, and rapid onboarding. The company also advanced its customer communications management leadership through events like its sixth annual Industry Summit. This customer-centric focus, emphasizing innovative solutions for complex document challenges, propelled a world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +81, signaling exceptional loyalty and satisfaction. Klippa joins forces with 5edges
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Klippa has announced a partnership with digital solutions provider 5edges. As part of this partnership, Klippa will integrate its IDP platform DocHorizon into 5edges’ solution portfolio. This helps organizations across Europe automate, streamline, and improve document flows and data extraction.
