AYR’s SingularityAI gets selected by Tangoe to enhance TEM app IDP vendor AYR (formerly Singularity Systems) announced that it has been selected by Tangoe, a leading technology and asset management company, to enhance its Telecom Expense Management (TEM) application. Tangoe processes complex telecom invoices that are highly diverse in terms of fields that can be hidden in blocks of text and multi-page tables. With the integration of AYR’s SingularityAI platform, Tangoe increases the processing speed of these varying invoices.

Datamatics announces agreement with healthcare improvement company Premier Datamatics, a provider of intelligent solutions for data-driven businesses, announced that it has been awarded a national group purchasing agreement for supplying ‘intelligent automation solutions for healthcare processes’ with Premier. The healthcare improvement company unites an alliance of approximately 4,400 U.S. hospitals and 250,000 other providers. With this agreement, Premier members will be able to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated for Datamatics intelligent automation platform, which includes TruCap+, its Intelligent Document Processing solution. In this way, a large number of hospitals and healthcare providers can benefit from intelligent automation to accelerate their digital transformation.

Automation Anywhere’s co-founder Neeti Mehta Shukla receives WEDO award AI-based cloud automation platform Automation Anywhere announced that its co-founder and Chief Social Impact Officer, Neeti Mehta Shukla, is the recipient of the Technology Pioneer Award by Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO). Neeti Mehta Shukla is being recognized for her entrepreneurship and as co-founder of Automation Anywhere, as well as for her contributions to the empowerment of women. Rossum partners with Celonis and integrates its IDP solution IDP vendor Rossum announced a partnership with Celonis, a leader in execution management. With this partnership, the IDP vendor will integrate its solution into Celonis’ Execution Management System (EMS). These capabilities help Celonis provide deeper process intelligence functionalities that enable customers to effectively identify and reduce billing errors.

Automation Hero gets recognized by analyst firm Deep Analysis Intelligent Document Processing vendor Automation Hero has announced that it has been awarded a 2022 Innovation Index Award by analyst firm Deep Analysis. The award represents companies that have provided a ‘wow’ moment. Deep Analysis found Automation Hero intriguing because of “a fresh big data-oriented perspective that brings an innovative approach to the world of IDP.”

ABBYY’s recent survey reveals onboarding pain points Leading provider of intelligent process automation solutions ABBYY has released its latest report on customer onboarding drivers and pain points. The survey was conducted among 1,623 IT decision makers in various industries and across US, UK, France, Germany and Japan. The report reveals a high abandonment rate during the customer onboarding process. The top three factors for this are “the process is too long” (29%), “identity proofing and confirmation is a key pain point” (26%), and “too many manual steps” (26%). When asked about intelligent process automation tools, 21% said Intelligent Document Processing and Process Intelligence were at the top of their list when it came to onboarding planning.

Eigen Technologies appoints first advisor dedicated to insurance industry IDP provider Eigen Technologies announced that it has appointed Dr. Artur Niemczewski to its advisory board. With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dr. Niemczewski brings a vast amount of experience and a unique understanding of the insurance value chain. He will advise Eigen Technologies on insurance market strategy, product development and industry partnerships.

Gradient AI’s solution improves underwriting process for insurer MEMIC Enterprise software provider for AI solutions in the insurance industry, Gradient AI, announced that MEMIC has integrated its underwriting solution. As an insurer that provides workers’ compensation insurance, MEMIC wanted to modernize its underwriting process to better identify risks and improve underwriting accuracy of workers’ compensation policies. In addition, Gradient AI’s solution helps MEMIC retain the institutional knowledge of its experienced underwriters.
